Service Times:

Prayer Time: 10:30 am Sundays

Worship: 11 am

Midweek Prayer Meeting: 4th Wednesday of every month @ 7 pm

 

We are located in Macon, Georgia {get directions} and are a household integrated style church. Your family is welcome to join us for the service, lift praises to God, and enjoy the sermon. Afterwards, we invite everyone to join us for a fellowship meal after the service. Please read the outline below for a typical Sunday morning service description.

Sunday Morning Service at CWW:

We LOVE Sundays at CWW! We begin at 10:30 am with a Prayer Time for the men and ladies. The young men and ladies are most welcome to join as well. Coming to God in prayer is a wonderful way to start of the morning service.

Regular Service:

At 11 am we gather in our Sanctuary for corporate worship. We don?t do the same thing each week or in the same order but we do include passionate Scripture reading, corporate confessional prayer, warm worship led by our "Wildstrings" band, and expository preaching. Our Worship concludes around 12:30 pm with the offering & the singing of the Doxology. Each week you will find an insert in the bulletin with the teaching outline & blanks to fill in as you hear the message. On the back of that sheet is the So W.H.A.T. page. This stands for Weekly Household Application Time. It includes several application questions related to the teaching heard on that day. We provide each household with a CD copy of that morning's sermon & encourage each family to listen to it several more times throughout the week. The last half of this sheet is more of a Bible Study to prepare each household for the coming week's teaching. We also include songs, hymns, & spiritual songs to be used in the households throughout the week. We'll often sing some of these songs together on the Lord's Day.

Meals:

After the service, we all meet in the gym for a fellowship meal. Everyone brings their meals with them & we all enjoy a Fellowship Meal together after Worship. After the meal (and during dessert) will be a Q&A time about the sermon. A slip of paper will be available in the pew, so please write down any questions you have during the sermon, and the pastor at this time will answer them. Afterwards we all help to clean up & then the Ladies will meet for fellowship & the Men will meet separately as well. These times are used to train, equip, & encourage.

Wednesday Service:

The 4th Wednesday of every month at 7 pm find us gathering in the fellowship hall for some informal worship, Bible reading, & prayer. During the other three Wednesdays, there will be various small groups being held at each others houses, however, one group will meet at the church each week. and on the 4th Wednesday, everyone will meet at the church at 6:00 PM for Dinner and fellowship. We'll put the coffee on, so please come even if you are visiting & enjoy God's presence & his people.
